Family-owned restaurant, Haus Salate opened in May 2018, and I had the opportunity to work on their marketing and photograph their menu to target clientele.

Located in Querétaro, México it proved to be challenging to attract more consumers since healthy foods are usually not consumed as often as traditional plates.

After incorporating these pictures into their social media, and displays, more customers were gained. 

I tried to capture the essence of the place, and convey the value of their food in these simple photographs, to fit the overall minimalist vibe of the restaurant.
